As parents or educators we have experienced anger in children: they rage, scream and yell so much that it almost tears our heart apart. Children and teenagers act impulsively, even if they are already aware that certain emotional reactions are not beneficial. A tantrum is not uncommon and definitely serves as an outlet. Children can quickly and loudly release their pent-up aggression with screaming and crying. But of course it is important to prevent anger from turning into violence, to prevent children from punching and kicking when they don’t know what to do. This workshop offers constructive solutions how your child can deal with anger and rage.
